Standards & expectations

Every member represents the brigade, whether they are on an operation, in a public match or in the Discord. These standards apply to all ranks.

Conduct

• Treat every player with respect: teammates, opponents, server admins and newcomers alike.
• No harassment, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Follow the rules of whichever server you are playing on.
• No cheating, exploiting or ghosting.

On operations

• Keep the radio clear. Report what matters, briefly, to the person who needs it.
• Follow the chain of command. Raise disagreements after the round, not during it.
• Be on time, in the right channel, with the right role.

Attendance

• Attend operations regularly. Attendance is recorded and counts towards promotion.
• If you can't make it for a while, submit a leave of absence before you go. [Where and how to submit one.]

Discipline

[The unit to describe how breaches are handled, and who members can go to with a complaint.]
